24-hour refund window
If a paid brief pack is defective — corrupted files, missing sections that should have generated, broken downloads — email us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll refund in full.
Not eligible for refund
- Change of mind after the brief pack is delivered.
- Output quality of the AI build tool you paste the brief into (we don't control those tools).
- Mistakes in your own form inputs that produced the brief.
Cancellation
BriefKit charges per version, not per subscription. There's nothing to cancel — just stop buying new versions.
Processing time
Approved refunds appear on your statement within 5–7 business days, processed by Stripe to your original payment method.

Email hello@briefkit.online with your order ID (in your receipt) and a one-line reason.
